On Tuesday, October 8, the Randolph Township Economic Development Committee proudly awarded the 2024 Business Achievement Award to the Morris Habitat for Humanity ReStore. This prestigious annual award recognizes local businesses that exemplify a strong commitment to community engagement, ethical values, and responsible business practices.

The ReStore opened the doors to its 274 South Salem Street location over twelve years ago, and has been proudly serving the residents of Randolph and surrounding communities at the same location ever since.

As a non-profit organization, it relies on the support of dedicated volunteers and generous donations of gently used furniture, household items, and financial contributions.  The funds raised by ReStore supports the construction of affordable housing in communities where local families in need can find the safety, strength, stability, and independence necessary to build a brighter future.

The organization has served hundreds of families annually through its home building programs, and has provided a positive environmental impact on the community by keeping thousands of tons of used furniture and other items out of landfills.
